Ignite Salem Keizer is a worship movement founded in Salem Oregon, the heart of the Willamette Valley. What was originally intended to be a night of worship for a couple churches in partnership with the Mavericks League at Volcanoes stadium has turned into a movement throughout the region.
Going into year three, Ignite has a vision of uniting believers for an incredible night of worship as a public display of unity across denominations. Our hope is that every believer would bring someone who may not know the Gospel or struggles with going to church to experience the power of authentic worship and the life changing power of the Gospel.
We are apolitical, nondenominational, and refuse to put a price on the Gospel. We believe worship should be accessible to everyone and anyone that would like to attend. We rely on sponsors and donors to continue to make this event possible for our city. Our mission is simple: to make God known in the Willamette Valley through authentic worship, prayer, and a simple message of hope through Jesus Christ.
In the last 3 years we have had over 3000 people attend our events, hundreds give their lives to the Lord, 22 baptisms, and a continually expanding network of churches, nonprofits, and businesses committed to seeing outreach done in the Willamette Valley. Our prayer is that the Lord will continue to place us positions to say yes to using our talents to expand the kingdom whenever possible.
